Service Description

Schedule a sick visit to address sudden illnesses or health concerns, such as Cold, flu, COVID-19, sinus infections, UTIs, stomach issues, allergies, and minor skin conditions (rashes, eczema, acne). Our qualified physicians are available to diagnose, treat, and guide you through recovery swiftly and efficiently.


Cancellation Policy

Confirmation and Reminders Once an appointment is booked, you will receive a confirmation via your preferred contact method (email, text, or phone). Reminder notifications will be sent 24-48 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellation and Rescheduling We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to avoid a no-show or late cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a $25 fee. Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for a telemedicine or in-person appointment, we may need to reschedule your visit. Late arrivals may also be considered a missed appointment and may incur a fee. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will be recorded as a no-show. A no-show fee of $25 may apply. Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings. Payment Policy Copayments, coinsurance, or self-pay fees are due at the time of booking or service. Outstanding balances must be settled before new appointments can be scheduled.
